About me
Hey I'm Rhianna, a certified level 3 personal trainer and part-time motivational speaker, cheerleader, and unofficial therapist when the squats get tough. I help people get stronger, healthier and more confident without the workouts feeling like torture. Whether you're just starting out, getting back into a routine, or just trying to figure out what a burpee is! I'm here to guide you with structure, support and the right amount of sass. Expect personalised plans, real progress and a few laughs along the way because working out shouldn't feel like a punishment

I started having PT sessions with Rhianna about 8 months ago. Before that, I’d been going to the gym for a little while but never felt confident enough to do much more than going on the treadmill. The idea of actually using the weights or machines properly really intimidated me!
From the start, Rhianna was so friendly and supportive. She’s completely non-judgemental and has helped me build so much confidence in the gym. I now go on my own between our sessions, which is something I never thought I’d be doing!
I’ve seen a big improvement in my strength since starting, and I genuinely look going to the gym now. She keeps her sessions fun and I like that she thinks outside the box with some of her exercises but with effective results!

How It Works
We will start with a 15 minute call, where we'd go over your goals, your pass experience, any barriers or injuries that I'd need to be aware of. From that point on I'd begin to personalise your plan which then we'd use during our sessions. Contact me when you want to get started
